Upon checking in, I saw dust around the lamps and noticed stains on the sheets. It was disappointing to find the jacuzzi not cleaned properly, and I found some hair in the bathroom that made the experience less enjoyable. I felt that staff could have been quicker to address my concerns. I had to ask multiple times for a clean room. The bar next door had decent food options, and it was nice to have a store open late nearby. Overall, it had potential but needs a better cleaning routine and a quicker response to guest complaints.
